us·er ex·pe·ri·ence – noun. the overall experience of a person using a product such as a website or computer application, especially in terms of how easy or pleasing it is to use.

  1. Discover

    The first step of the process. Who is my user and what are they experiencing?

  2. Define

    Uncover the problem. What can I do to help solve this issue?

  3. Ideate

    Brainstorm a variety of ideas. How can I come up with ways to solve this user’s problem?

  4. Prototype

    Bring an idea to life and prepare for users to experience. How can we experiment with our solutions?

  5. Test

    Validate what has been designed. How can I ensure my solutions are viable?

  6. Build

    Bring the product to life and release to an even larger audience.

  7. Repeat.

    Prototype. Test. Build. The process is continuous. Keep learning and improving!
